Our Services. Pure Dynamic Detailing delivers Mobile Auto Detailing, Auto Detailing, Mobile Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, Full Detail. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Pure Dynamic Detailing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Pure Dynamic Detailing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Pure Dynamic Detailing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Pure Dynamic Detailing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
